Hello! Our flatmate is moving in with his partner, so we are looking for a new flatmate. The room is fully furnished and has a perfect size. Also the bathroom and the kitchen are quite spacious and have everything you might need (dishwasher and microwave included). The only downside is that there is no living room, but the room and the kitchen are quite big, and the location is simply the best. The washing machine is in the basement shared with the rest of the building (without schedule!). You would be living with two other flatmates in their late 20s early 30s: a very friendly girl from Bulgaria and a chill guy from Germany. We communicate in English although we also speak other languages! The flat is located in a vibrant and cool area with a lot of opportunities to enjoy the end of work day but still the street is super quiet and you won't get disturbed (the room faces the backyard, so even quieter, and sunnier). Wiedikon station is at 3 min walking distance, and there are plenty of trams and buses even closer. The rental price depends on the length of the stay: 6 months or more: 1’350 CHF 1 - 2 months:1’650 CHF 3 - 4 months:1’550 CHF, 5 - 6 months: 1’450 CHF Rent includes: Internet, water, electricity, heating, furniture, weekly professional cleaning of common areas. Only tv/radio taxes are to be payed between us 3.
