Hi everyone :) We are looking for a new flatmate in our cozy apartment in Oerlikon from 1st of December. You will be sharing the flat with 2 other working professionals (25F, 27F). We do enjoy having friends over for occasional dinners, but also appreciate having some quiet evenings to unwind after work. Ideally, we are looking for a woman aged 24-30, non-smoking and no pets. The apartment (2.0sqm) is fully-furnished, and comes with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a bicycle room in the building and additional storage in the cellar. The room itself is spacious (14.27sqm), fully-furnished and comes with its own private bathroom. As I will be moving abroad, priority will be given to those willing to take over the room with all furniture, appliances and other items at a cost. More details will be shared during the viewing. Most of these items were bought new personally and have been used for less than 2 years, so they are still in excellent working condition :) Ideal for students, working adults moving to Zürich with little/no pre-existing furniture of their own! For the lease agreement, you will be listed as an equal (main) tenant and there is no deposit required. In addition to the rent, there are also some monthly shared costs - Wi-Fi, electricity and Züri-sacks. The flat is in a great location, with many amenities (supermarkets, gyms, parks, shops, etc) within minutes of walking distance. Less than 10 mins to Oerlikon main station on foot, 3 mins by tram. 16 mins to Zürich Airport. 15 mins to Zürich HB. 15 mins to ETH Hönggerberg.
