I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely shared apartment in Zurich. The apartment is shared with **three other girls, all French-speaking**, studying **architecture and biology**. The atmosphere is friendly, respectful and relaxed. **🧺 Apartment facilities** * Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher * 2 bathrooms _(the room shares the bathroom with a bathtub with one other flatmate)_ * Washing machine and dryer in the apartment * 2 balconies, with north- and south-facing views * No Wi-Fi included * No TV **🚋 Location & transport** The apartment is conveniently located **close to the Brunnenhof & Bucheggplatz tram and bus stops**, with easy connections to both **Zurich city centre** (~20min) **and Oerlikon** (~3min). **🧹 Cleaning** A cleaner comes **every two weeks** to clean the common areas. The rate is **CHF 30/hour**, which comes to approximately **CHF 25 per person per cleaning session**. **🪑 Furniture – CHF 400** **Preference will be given to someone willing to take over the furniture for CHF 400.** This includes **all the furniture shown in the pictures**, including: * Bed and mattress * Extra mattress * Two dressers * Desk and chair * Clothes hanger * Curtains * Other small items The small bedside table and decorations are not included.
