DEUTSCH Ich werde nur auf Nachrichten eingehen, von jenen die sich auch gern die Zeit nehmen, sich mit ihrer eigenen Wohnungssuche auseinanderzusetzen und somit auch den Text richtig durchlesen, ob ich denn auch für dich der richtige fit bin. Das hier läuft beidseitig :) Heyhey Ab dem *3. Oktober 2026* starte ich gern das WG-Leben und vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung unter. Dies *bis* vorerst *30.04.27* Die Wohnung befindet sich im Kreis 4, im 4ten Stock (ohne Lift). Mitbringen müsstest du an Mobiliar nur dein Bett (eine aufblasbare grosse Luftmatratze mit Topper hätte ich sogar zur Verfügung) und eventuell noch einen Kleiderständer, je nachdem wieviel Zeugs du besitzt. Im Zimmer wäre schon ein 2m hohes Pax Möbel vorhanden mit Ablage- und Aufhängoption, sowie Schubladen. Am Dachboden gäbe es auch noch etwas Platz um Zeugs zu verstauen. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind dann unsere Gemeinschafsräume, das Bad teilen wir uns ebenfalls. Direkt ober uns befindet sich eine grosse Terrasse mit genügend Platz für ein schönes Beisammensein mit Freunden, Ausblick zum Uetliberg und wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Die Terrasse ist für alle aus dem Wohnhaus zugänglich und ab und zu trifft man seine Nachbis und landet in verschiedenen Gesprächen - oder sehr oft darf man sie alleine geniessen. Die Küche wird von mir viel genutzt, ich liebe es zu kochen, vor allem mit dem Winter näher kommend freue ich mich auf Eintopf-Zeit 😁. Ich lebe vor allem Zuhause sehr gern Vegan und probier mich immer wieder neu aus, ob salzig oder süss :p Im Wohnzimmer komme ich gern in einen flow Zustand, ob das ins kreative malerische geht oder Ideen Brainzustormen und anzugehen, dort kann ich meiner Energie freien lauf lassen und mich austoben. Ein 2x2m Whiteboard dient diesem flow ganz gut :) Dir würde das grössere Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen (ca. 16m2+), die netto Miete dafür beträgt CHF 1.350.-/Monat inkl. Strom,-Heiz,- und Nebenkosten. WLAN besitze ich nicht, mein Hotspot reicht mir immer vollkommen aus. Ich befinde mich derzeit in zwei unterschiedlichen Ausbildungen, im Jobwechsel und langsamen Aufbau der Selbstständigkeit. Ich schätze somit mein Zuhause sehr als ‚Safe Space‘/‚Rückzugsort‘ indem ich vieles integrieren kann und in Ruhe verweilen kann. Meine Ruhe bedeutet neben Meditieren, NichtsTun oder Breathwork genauso Kreatives Ausleben, Singen, Tanzen, Malen, Musik hören. Alles das mir einfach Spass macht und mich erfüllt. Ich geniesse ehrliche, tiefe Gespräche sehr. Themen wie Communityaufbau/Leben, Nachhaltigkeit, Klima,.. liegen mir sehr am Herzen und ich stelle mir oft die Frage, wie seh ich mich in einer Gemeinschaft, sodass ich einen positiven Impact beitrage. Von einem gemeinsamen Zuhause wünsche ich mir, einen gemütliche Stressfreien Ort, an dem ich vollkommen ich sein kann und mein Mitbewohner/in auch. Dass jeder das Wohlbefinden besitzt immer ehrlich in der Kommunikation sein zu können und wir einander als wer wir sind akzeptieren und schätzen. Jeder sich in dem Raum und der Form von Zusammenleben wohlfühlt und seinen Raum so füllen kann wie er möchte. Gespräche und Beisammensein entstehen, wenn es sich für uns richtig anfühlt. Ich freu mich, wenn wir voneinander lernen und mitnehmen können, als weiterer Ritt auf einer Welle des Lebens. Hier nochmals kurz die Hardfacts zur Wohnung: *Miete* : CHF 1’300.-/Monat *Verfügbarkeit* : ab 3.10.26 - Ende April ’27 -> *eine Verlängerung* ist hier grundsätzlich *denkbar* und kann dann gemeinsam im Laufe des Zusammenwohnens besprochen werden ( *Maximum bis Ende 27* ) *Fussweg* zum HB ca. 12min, zur Hardbrücke ca. 12min Wenn die Wohnung und diese Vorstellung vom Zusammenleben mit dir ressoniert, freu ich mich auf deine Nachricht. This goes both ways :) Heyhey *From October 3rd, 2026* , I’d love to start shared-flat life and will be subletting one room in my 3.5-room apartment. For now, the room is *available until April 30th, 2027.* The apartment is located in Kreis 4, on the 4th floor (no elevator). In terms of furniture, you would only need to bring your own bed (I actually have a large inflatable mattress with a topper available) and possibly a clothes rack, depending on how much stuff you own. The room already has a 2m-high PAX wardrobe with shelving and hanging space, as well as drawers. There is also some extra storage space available in the attic. The living room and kitchen would be our shared spaces, and we would also share the bathroom. Directly above us, there is a large rooftop terrace with plenty of space for lovely get-togethers with friends, views towards Uetliberg and beautiful sunsets. The terrace is accessible to everyone in the building, so every now and then you meet the neighbours and end up in all kinds of conversations – or, very often, you get to enjoy it all by yourself. I use the kitchen a lot because I love cooking, and especially with winter getting closer, I’m already looking forward to stew season 😁. At home, I mostly enjoy eating vegan and love experimenting with new things, whether savoury or sweet :p In the living room, I love getting into a flow state – whether that means painting and being creative, brainstorming ideas and actually bringing them to life. It’s a space where I can let my energy flow freely and play around with whatever wants to emerge. A 2x2m whiteboard supports that flow quite nicely :) You would have the larger room available to you (approx. 16m²+). The net rent for the room is CHF 1,350 per month, including electricity, heating and additional costs. I don’t have Wi-Fi, as using my hotspot has always been completely sufficient for me. I’m currently doing two different educational programmes, changing jobs and slowly building up my self-employment. Because of that, I really value my home as a “safe space” and place to retreat, where I can integrate a lot of things and simply spend time in peace. For me, being at peace can mean meditating, doing absolutely nothing or breathwork, just as much as being creative, singing, dancing, painting or listening to music. Basically anything that brings me joy and feels fulfilling. I really enjoy honest, deep conversations. Topics such as community-building/living, sustainability and climate are very close to my heart, and I often ask myself how I see myself within a community and how I can contribute in a way that creates a positive impact. What I wish for in a shared home is a cosy, stress-free place where I can fully be myself, and where my flatmate can do the same. I’d love for both of us to feel comfortable enough to always communicate honestly and to accept and appreciate each other for who we are. I want each person to feel at home in the space and in the way we live together and to be able to fill their own space in whatever way feels right to them. Conversations and time spent together can happen whenever it feels natural for both of us. I’d love for us to learn from each other and take something from the experience, as another ride on one of life’s waves.
