Das Mietverhältnis ist seitens der Hausverwaltung befristet bis zum 32.03.2027. * **Finanzielles:** Kaution: CHF 3'135. (vor Mietbeginn zu überweisen). Serafe ist nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten und wird anteilig aufgeteilt. * **Das WG-Leben:** Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist sehr nett, unkompliziert und beruflich viel unterwegs oder im Büro. Da er oft früh das Haus verlässt und spät zurückkehrt, hast du die Wohnung wahrscheinlich häufig für dich. * **Ausstattung:** Voll ausgestattete Küche (Siemens-Geräte: Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Herd/Backofen) und ein gemütlicher Balkon.
