(No couples, no males) The apartment has several highlights: -a bright, separate kitchen -a fully equipped bathroom -a washing machine and dryer in the basement -the big balcony is also particularly lovely, offering stunning sunsets and views of the Uetliberg mountain The location is excellent: Supermarkets are just a 2-3 minute walk away, as are Cafes and Tram/Bus stops. The main train station is about 20 minutes away. The apartment is located in the heart of Zurich and features 3 beautiful bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. The common areas are shared with a 29 y/o female and a 28 y/o male, with a healthy and positive atmosphere. Despite the very central location (right next to many restaurants, bars, cinemas, supermarkets). -only 2 female person allowed -no guests, no couples, no visitors -it\`s basically like an Airbnb for 2 person -we have to plan and confirm your dates in advance, that means we always need to double-check the dates, as we don\`t want to be fully booked the whole year The daily rent of 90 CHF includes high speed internet, water, electricity. Minimum stay: 20 nights (20 nights x 90 CHF = 900 CHF) Maximum stay: 7 nights (7 nights x 90 CHF = 2.700 CHF)
