You'll have your own private room (approx. 25.5 m²), with a shared kitchen, bathroom, and access to our spacious garden, which is especially lovely during the warmer months! The whole apartment is around 80 m². The apartment is already my established home. I have my own bedroom and living area, as well as a separate office/guest room. These spaces are primarily private, although occasional use can be discussed depending on our arrangements.
