Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG Zimmer. Verfügbar ab 16.01.2027 oder 02.02.2027. Es handelt sich um eine Zweck WG. Zwar ist es eine 6er WG, aber 4 von ihnen sieht man fast nie. Somit hat jeder quasi sein eigenes Badezimmer, und eine grosse Küche zur Mitbenutzung. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls im Bad vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist ca. 7qm gross. Dazu gehört ein sehr grosser Balkon mit Wintergarten Schiebefenster, welches zur Eigenbenutzung zur Verfügung steht. Man sieht von hier aus einen kleinen Spalt vom Zurisee Bahnhof ist 3min zu Fuss entfernt, und es braucht ca. 30Min zum Zürich HB. See ist 7min zu Fuss entfernt. Das Zimmer hat ein 2.0x200 Bett, Matratze, und einen Kleiderschrank. Diese sind noch keine 2 Jahre alt, und ich möchte, dass diese zu einen guten Preis übernommen werden. Ein unterdachter Parkplatz kann nach Wunsch bei der Verwaltung gemietet werden.
