Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür, in 9min am Bahnhof Brugg AG mit Direktverbindungen nach Zürich HB/Flughafen, Bern und Basel. Verschiedene Möbel können auf Wunsch gegen einen kleinen Preis übernommen werden. Optimalerweise fest verbaute Tablare welche "geschenkt" wären. Einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mit Stauraum für Fahrrad, Reifen etc kann für 150.- dazu gemietet werden.
