A beautiful, modern and recently renovated apartment in a prime location in Zurich-Stauffacher is available for a temporary sublet from 1 January 2027 for 6–12 months, with the possibility of taking over the apartment permanently afterwards. I am moving in with my partner and would therefore like to sublet the apartment for a certain period to a reliable person or couple. If everything works well, it would be great if the person could potentially take over the apartment on a long-term basis afterwards. Location The apartment is located only around 5 minutes from Zurich Main Station. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and public transport are all within walking distance. Tram lines 2, 3, 8, 9 and 14 are approximately 2 minutes away on foot. The apartment The apartment has a modern, recently renovated and high-quality interior. It is fully furnished and features underfloor heating, a washing machine and dryer inside the apartment, two large balconies and an additional terrace area upstairs. There is also the possibility of renting a garage parking space separately. Furniture The apartment is generally rented furnished, but there is some flexibility regarding the furniture. If you do not need all of the furniture, we can discuss individually which pieces you would like to remain in the apartment. The furniture is generally not for sale. However, if you are interested in taking over individual pieces, there is some flexibility and we can discuss this individually. Parking A garage parking space is not included in the rent.
