**K4 Helvetiaplatz** Looking for: long-term, or fixed-term with the option to extend We (f, 26 and m, 31) are looking for a new roommate to go on the lease with us as co-main tenant, starting December 15, 2026. Moving in a bit earlier or later works too; we can figure it out together. Ideally you've already celebrated your 24th birthday, you like being out and about, and you love old buildings. We're both abroad every now and then and like to chase our own projects, so one of us might sublet for a while from time to time. You'd need to be cool with that. Besides your room with a built-in closet (13 m²), you'd share the living room, kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, and two balconies. A cleaner every two weeks is included in the rent. Other costs like electricity, shared household stuff, the TV/radio fee etc. get split three ways on a regular basis. Things that really matter to us: Keeping the place tidy and clean Open communication What we're into: Music Sport Learning Travel Best case, we've got some interests in common and can sit around philosophizing about the world now and then... but that's not a must.
