Description
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, zu Fuss braucht man ca. 15min zum Bahnhof, mit dem Bus 10min. An der Aare unten ist man in etwa 5min. Die Wohnung ist etwas ringhörig, aber die Nachbarn sind sehr leise und angenehm. Ich suche einen Nachmieter, eine Nachmieterin. Aktuell ist die Wohnung noch bis Ende Januar befristet, mir wurde aber mehrfach von der Verwaltung (Wohnplus AG) zugesichert, dass das nur eine Art Probezeit sei. Da der Vertrag übernommen werden müsste, wie er aktuell ist, ist das wichtig zu wissen. Ich gehe aber davon aus, dass die Befristung aufgelöst bzw. eine neue Probezeit gesetzt werden würde.
