Description

The apartment is located between Oerlikon and Schwamendingen. Oerlikon main station is less than 10 minutes away by public transport or bike. ETH Zentrum and UZH are about 15 minutes away by bike or tram, while Höngg is a bit further (around 20-25 minutes). You would share the flat with three other people: Noura, Wilton, and Gonzalo. They are all students at ETH or UZH. Noura and Gonzalo only moved in a few weeks ago, so WG life is still taking shape. In the past, we sometimes chatted in the evenings when we met in the kitchen, but during the day everyone is usually busy with their own life/studies etc. Unfortunately, I don't know the exact size of the room but I'd say it is pretty spacious. I have enough room for a 2.0cm bed, some additional furniture and still have some free space (see pictures). I would sell the desk, the chair which I'm not using right now, the wardrobe, the mirror and the smaller shelves to the new tenant for 2.0 chf. We also have a small green space in front of the house. Another shared flat with five people lives on the ground floor. If you are interested, feel free to send a message!
