Besoin en urgence d'un pied-à-terre, cette annonce est pour vous! L'appartement se trouve à coté de deux lignes de bus (2mn à pied) et à 7mn à pied de l'arrêt de métro CHUV. La place st-francois se rejoint en 10mn avec les transports, ou en 18 minutes à pied. Nous sommes un couple de 34 et 36 ans et vivons avec un petit chien (sympathique, calme, n'aboie jamais). L'appartement est nettoyé chaque semaine. La chambre est meublée. Le lit-armoire (2.0x200) possède un sommier de bonne qualité, confortable et propre. Vous aurez à disposition une commode pour y ranger vos affaires. Literie et linges peuvent être fournis contre petit supplément. Nous seront accueillants tout en respectant votre espace privé. Idéal pour personne travaillant au CHUV.
