_English below_ Dein Zimmer ist ca. 14 m² gross ausgestattet mit drei Einbauschränken, einem Schreibtisch zur Übernahme für 50.- und fantastischer Aussicht auf den Stadtturm und die Ruine Stein. Wir sind: * Gerardo, 35 Jahre, Doktorand, Mexikaner * Ernesto, 19 Jahre, Student Maschinenbau an der ETH, Schweizer * Marwen, 27 Jahre, Produktionsingenieur, Deutsch-Tunesier * Zieht aus: Roland, 29 Jahre, Inbetriebnahmeingenieur, Schweizer In dieser WG wird auf Anfang Oktober ein Zimmer frei, ca 14 m² für 820 CHF Miete pro Monat. Wir sind unkompliziert, legen aber viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Privatsphäre. Englisch ist die Hauptsprache bei uns. Unsere Maisonette-Wohnung liegt im Herzen der Badener Altstadt im 4. Stock eines Altbaus und hat insgesamt ca. 190 m². In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichst Du den Bahnhof. Wir haben vier Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer (eins davon mit Waschmaschine und Trockner), eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, einen Balkon und einen Dachboden, der als Gästezimmer, Büro oder Abstellraum genutzt wird. In der WG gibt es ausserdem einen Fernseher mit Dolby-Surround Lautsprechern, Internet und eine Lounge mit Grill auf dem Balkon. Mindestens einmal im Jahr schmeissen wir eine legendäre WG-Party. Wir suchen eine offene, humorvolle, tolerante und umgängliche Person in unserem Alter. Da wir alle viel unterwegs sind und mit Job und Weiterbildung beschäftigt, sind gemeinsame WG-Abende meistens spontan. Wenn wir doch mal alle zu Hause sind, geniessen wir die gemeinsame Zeit umso mehr und gehen gerne zusammen raus für ein Bier in der Altstadt. Es wäre super, wenn du einigermassen gut Englisch sprichst, weil das unsere gemeinsame Sprache ist. Das Zimmer ist ab 04.10.2026 verfügbar. We are: * Gerardo, 35, Ph.D. candidate, Mexican * Ernesto, 19, mechanical engineering student at ETH, Swiss * Marwen, 27 years old, production engineer, German Tunisian * Moving out: Roland, 28 years old, commissioning engineer, Swiss A room will become available in this shared apartment at the beginning of October, approximately 14 m² for 820 CHF per month. We’re easy-going, but we place a high value on cleanliness and privacy. English is the main language we speak. Our duplex apartment is located in the heart of Baden’s Old Town on the 4th floor of an older building and has a total area of about 190 m². The train station is a 5-minute walk away. We have four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which has a washer and dryer), a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a balcony, and an attic that’s used as a guest room, office, or storage space. The shared apartment also features a TV with Dolby Surround speakers, internet, and a lounge area with a grill on the balcony. At least once a year, we throw a legendary house party. We’re looking for an open-minded, fun-loving, tolerant, and easy-going person around our age. Since we’re all on the go a lot and busy with work and continuing education, our evenings together in the apartment are usually spontaneous. When we do happen to be home at the same time, we enjoy our time together all the more and like to go out for a beer in the Old Town. It would be great if you speak English reasonably well, since that’s our common language. The room is available from October 4th.
