Der Kleiderschrank ist komplett leergeräumt, sodass die eigenen Sachen richtig verstaut werden können und man nicht monatelang aus dem Koffer lebt. Das Bett hat 180 cm Breite. Zum Arbeiten stehen zwei Tische bereit, einer davon mit Monitor und Tastatur. Für Homeoffice oder einen Einzug zu zweit gibt es also zwei richtige Arbeitsplätze, ohne dass man sich am Esstisch einrichten muss. WLAN ist installiert und im Preis enthalten.
