Ich möchte sehr gerne in meiner Wohnung bleiben und suche nun nach einer*m Untermieter*inn. Bevorzugt als Zweitwohnraum, jedoch bei 2.0% Aufenthalt fällt natürlich die Waschküche und das Internet (sofern gewünscht) mit in das Angebot. Das Zimmer kann Möbiliert wie unmöbiliert übernommen werden. Mit im Haushalt lebt noch eine Wohnungskatze, welche einfach Besuch gerne hat. Ansonsten ist diese sehr verschmust und schon älter, weshalb sie noch etwas mehr schläft. Zur Mitbenutzung ist das WC und die Küche da. Da die gesamte Liegenschaft im Jahr 2026 neu erbaut wurde, ist der Stand noch sehr neu und frisch. Ausbau Küche: Backofen und Steamer, Ausbau WC: Dusche (rollstuhlgerecht) und WT/WC. Ich würde mich an einer gemütlichen WG-Person erfreuen, da man dann doch etwas länger auf gleichem Raum ist. Ansonsten ist mir Alter und Geschlecht egal :)
