Ein echtes Highlight ist die eigene Terrasse perfekt für einen Kaffee in der Sonne oder einen gemütlichen Abend draussen. Das Schlosstürmchen enthält: - eine eigene wunderschöne Terrasse - ist hell, ruhig und gemütlich - schöner Altbau-Charme - geräumiger und trockener Kellerabteil - Waschküche mit Trockner - ein Bad, große Küche mit Ofen und viel Stauraum - Ein gemütlicher Schlaf und Wohnbereich Top-Lage im Breitenrain: Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend, gleichzeitig ist alles ganz nah. Die Tramhaltestelle ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, Coop und Migros, Apotheke befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Auch Cafés, Restaurants und alles für den täglichen Bedarf sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Ich wünsche mir eine sympathische, zuverlässige und ruhige Nachmieterin, die sich in dieser schönen Wohnung genauso wohl fühlt wie ich. nächste Besichtigung: Freitag, 16.10.26 um 17:00-18:00
