**The Setup:** I am a professional working in Geneva during the week. I am renting out the private bedroom of my beautiful, fully-furnished 79m2 apartment in Pfäffikon SZ. I only return on the weekends, during which I use the living room. **This means from Monday morning to Friday evening, you will have the entire apartment completely to yourself!** We only share the common areas on the weekends. **Your Private Room:** Bright, quiet, and fully furnished private bedroom. Large covered garden terrace with a lounge area and BBQ grill. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and plenty of counter space. Bright living and dining area. Bathroom with your own private washing machine and tumble dryer (no sharing with neighbors!). **Location - Pfäffikon SZ:** Highly attractive low-tax municipality. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Excellent train connections to Zurich and surrounding areas. **Who I am looking for:** A clean, respectful, and reliable professional who appreciates having a peaceful home during the week.
